1.7 How Much Does it Cost to Obtain an Austrian Business Visa?

- This document is not a paid air ticket but a detailed itinerary showing your flight plan, including flight name, your name, reservation number or booking ID, arrival and departure dates, airport IATA codes, and ticket price.
- A small fee may be charged for obtaining this reservation for your visa application. Some airlines offer it for free, but it is rare.
5. Travel Health Insurance
Ensure your travel insurance meets the following requirements:
- Minimum coverage of at least €30,000.
- Coverage must be valid for all Schengen Area member states.
- It should cover expenses for repatriation, urgent medical care, emergency hospital treatment, or death.
